Moose VS Car- Car hits Moose and sends it flying
Today I have a video to share of what it looks like when a Moose hits a moving car. The reason this video is unique is due to both how the video was captured and how the accident went down.
For reason’s unknown to us, there is a mounted high quality video camera in the dashboard of the car as it is driving down a straight road. The video is steady and clear, making the impact of this accident much more powerful.
The other interesting aspect of this video is the fact that the accident involves not one, but two cars.
As the car with the video camera is driving down the road, we see a Lexus coming in the opposite direction. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, a mose walks into the path of the Lexus. The Lexus hit’s the moose, sending it flying, frozen stiff, in the air, and smack into the car with the video camera. If you pause the video when the moose is flying through the air, it almost looks like it is a stuffed animal, its legs are straight and it isn’t moving at all.
When you are watching this video try to imagine what it would be like to experience this if you were driving.
